A boundary survey can be relied upon for various purposes such as erecting a fence, building a garage, or making other improvements on the property. A boundary survey entails finding existing property corners and location improvements on the property and providing ties from the property line to the structure on the property. Any missing property corners will be set as a part of the boundary survey.
A location drawing shows the property as inspected and the locations of buildings and other visible improvements affecting the property. It will show the boundary and all improvements on a survey map. A boundary survey is required in order for us to set property corners.
